Yeah as Teeds said he did get fucked about. This season he looked like the player we originally thought we were getting. Someone who quietly boss a game based on his league 1 days. I don't want him to leave but the championship is hard as fuck.

That said he's come on since then and he seems a good lad. Money will decide. As mentioned he needs a good move for himself at this stage of his career. He might get that elsewhere.

Depends if we do what we seem to be doing lately and just extending contracts instead of paying fees to get players in.

Nobody can argue he hasn't been player of the year though.

His past Championship campaigns tell me he won’t do much. He’d be a good squad player but we will be in deep trouble if we start relying on Wintle in the championship again. On the other hand I think Joel Colwill will absolutely thrive in the championship next season I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again he is the better of the two Colwill brothers.
