The sky in Rumney now

Simple solution: Move somewhere nicer. Away from pollution. Like Caerphilly.

All clear now, almost

If I were going to use planes to geo-engineer people the first thing I'd put in the spray would be something that made people like the sight of contrails.

If I was going to secretly spray things over the population I reckon I’d probably make it invisible me

They can't because of the ummmm you know thingame bobs

But they‘ve already started

“The Advanced Research and Innovation Agency (ARIA) - a government backed body - is funding nearly £60m that could allow real-world experiments, including in the UK.”

“ARIA stress that "before any outdoor experiment takes place there will be a full and transparent public consultation with necessary environmental assessments taken place".

And any outdoor experimentation "will only occur after robust oversight measures which won't include the release of any toxic materials"”

“Public perception of such techniques is also going to be challenge, primarily due to the widely known conspiracy theory of 'chemtrails'.

Incorrect suggestions that condensation trails - water vapour created from aircraft jet engines - is evidence of SRM and weather modification is happening at large-scale today”

A jet plane is usually travelling at 500 MPH when passing overhead. At that speed, a jet plane covers 1 mile in 7 seconds. That should, hopefully, give you an idea of just how fucking massive that blue expanse above your heads is. Once you think about it, you'd probably come to a fair assumption that trying to geo-engineer the entire climate by making the sky above Rumney a little bit cloudy for 30 minutes is like pissing in a hurricane.
