I watch a lot of football - even in the nick there's football on the telly next to me at virtually all times. I watch all our games down to U18s (sometimes just highlights) and I read a lot about it as well, and not just Cardiff at that.
There's no doubt about it - Kellyman was considered, and still is considered, one of the better English prospects in his age bracket. If Villa didn't have to sell him (at an inflated price for PSR reasons admittedly), he'd be in and around their first team now. He was better thought of than Jaden Philogene for their academy, up there with Louie Barry. Yes, he's had an injury, but that still doesn't stop him being well thought of?
I have seen him play, and he impressed me then, albeit that was in U21s football and pre-injury. The price Chelsea paid for him doesn't matter at all in how good he is as a prospect.

He's primarily a winger but capable of operating behind a striker in the number 10 role.
But his main roll for the team is keeping the physio occupied
I am happy with Bagan and cover from NG if needed.
