Does Roberts get back in at RB ahead of Nico or Kpakio? Da Silva has done enough at LB to hold that position and is a better footballer than Roberts.

Bizarre to me that Bellamy hasn't used this chance to call up a large number of youth prospects (including a keeper) to the MNT and instead calling up his elderly favourites.

None of these will be here come the next WC/Euros so why not use the chance you've got to actually experiment not just go from a 433 with two defensive midfielders to one.

Roberts is past it, but Kpakio was brutally exposed when he played that senior game.

Roberts has no attacking capability which is essential to Bellamy's system. He's got so many caps by default as there has been no LB who could free up Neco to play at RB. Da Silva has been impressive enough for me to hold down LB, but there is another permutation in using Davies at LB with Roden and Lawlor at CB.

That leaves Neco at Kpakio to provide a more attack minded RB option.

Kpakio's inability to defend seems of secondary importance to both Bellamy and BBM.

If he doesn't experiment in the friendly then what's the point. Not the whole team but he should be trying out new players in key positions with decent support around them
