That doesn't seem very fair on Sabri. He didn't really have an opportunity to shape the team and may have worked wonders with an off season and a bit more scope to bring in players. He kept a pretty average team up through spirit and organisation and should be respected for it.
If things don't work out with Bulut I would gladly take him back if he still hasn't got a job.

Lamouchi did well for us with limited sources having inherited a terrible side that he managed to steer away from relegation. He deserves respect and thanks .
Whilst I am more than.happy with Erol none of us know what Lamouchi would have done.

Nope, have to ask yourself, why is he still out of work? Never go back to a lit firework I say, very likely to blow up inyour face. As it stands,his win rate stands about 10% below buluts, and he had previous experience of the British game, plus if rumours were true, he was not given assurance on backing for players, now thats a worry imho, as in truth , if they give bulut an extension, then revert to type, by not backing him, we will end up worse off player wise, and be seeking another manager, who would be willing to ignore the fact they won't get backing, and still come
Not any manager worth their salt that's how I see it, so another yes man, working with peanuts, and a poor , unbalanced squad to work with.

You also need a manager that knows how to implement an identity.
I believe Ipswich have spent about 10 million quid to get themselves on the brink of the premier league. Luton did the same last season for 5 million. I know these are the exceptions but it shows it can be done.
Mid table is decent enough for us but I think the real issue with Bulut is the terrible football we play.
