Was pretty grim under Risdale when he got fans to stump up early for season tickets on the promise of signings and a promotion push and then didn't spend anything. Lied through their teeth to fans.

In some ways the club feels in a worse malaise now though. Who we get as manager and how quickly could define our fate for several seasons.

Would be a cheap option, gives us something different to our other strikers, the knocks would be desire - seems to be in decline - plus injuries.

If we could get Hugill on loan for rest of season and Wickham in till end of season on a cheap "prove it" deal then why not?

Certainly got some strange ideas .
He is probably acting in good faith and doesn't realise he is not helping.
Maybe Morison is the only one who got the backbone to tell him and he got sacked.
Pity others wouldn't follow his lead.
Tan is not stupid the penny has to drop eventually.

Don't know anything about Whitehead so will give him the benefit of the doubt but agree we need a leader of men in now so can't wait for Whitehead to develop.
No disrespect to him but desperate times calls for strong and direct action.
