This Alec Baldwin case has me interested, jury selection starts next week for the involuntary manslaughter charge of that prop gun shooting.
The armourer is already in clink for 18 months. That I agree with. The armourer has one job to do and failed , I get that.
But does the actor deserve to go down?

The wetherspoons hi viz vest brigade are also torn over this one
So i`ve decided to ask the font of all knowledge on here, the forum.

Vote guilty or not guilty. Im not putting an undecided option, you dont get out of it that easily.

Should Baldwin have checked the gun? He states he didnt pull the trigger in any event.

He’s an actor. Even if he had checked the gun, would he know what he’s checking? How many actors can tell the difference between live rounds and blanks? That’s the whole point of having an armourer on set, to ensure all use of weapons is safe.

Yep, I think I read that they often have live rounds on film sets. No idea why, or even if it is true.

Pulling the trigger if they weren't doing a take seems weird. On the face if it I can't see how he's guilty as there should never been bullets in that gun but assume there's more to the story than the press know/is letting on if going to court.
