Know what u mean. Those sardines the bones are cooked so u can just eat em. Bit of roughage. Can never bring myself to pay £5 for the Portuguese and Spanish tins tho. We have the best seafood around these isles. Those Cornish sardines are next level. Same as Mackerel from around our coasts.

When I worked in Pembroke the fisherman would come in with the days catch. Mackerel shiny as fuck. Live crabs walking on the bar. Always felt a but sly having one of them though. I bought 2 and chucked em back in the sea.

Fresh mackerel is absolutely superb but so is most fish if eaten the same day
