Some halfwit got himself a ban for running on the pitch just after the goal too. He barely got as far as the six yard box before he was brought down by four stewards. What a fucking dunce.
Can’t believe I let my lad talk me into taking him and his mate to this shit tonight. Cost me over £150 for the privilege and still got another hour and a bit to get home.
On a positive note, bumped into Blue Tuesday at the game, so he’s still alive.

irrespective of the importance of this cup the performances of the senior players selected was dreadful to say the least Turnball looked uninterested Wintle alongside him showed again our need for a more dynamic midfielder ,and Chambers his lack of urgency in the final 15 minutes or so with his reluctance to pass the ball forward just shows why he's not selected on a regular basis.

I thought Chambers was probably the best of our senior players, he carried the ball out of defence and tried to get things going. One shot at goal aside Turnbull was poor. Putting it into perspective mind, it’s obviously got to be remembered that, around those senior players we played 7 teenagers, two of which are still in school, 5 of which had never played senior football before.

Why do you think this? I have to be honest I have never seen either of them play before, so have no idea how what their potential is, but the fact Tankiewicz was on the bench on Saturday suggests BBM thinks at least one of them can.

Agree on Tankiewicz, but the other one is very unlikely. In any event, it should be league debuts that count, as was Ramsey's and Toshack's before him.

Ramsey will still have the record for youngest league debutant which is much more important.
Who's to say neither might get an opportunity later in the season? Granted their potential would have to be massive or we'd need to be in a strong position in the league but it's not impossible - there have been a few who've played in the EFL at 15 and more at 16

Only what I have read, i.e. that he is still at school and his time with the academy is limited accordingly. Regardless of potential, that is hardly the best preparation for first team league action.
