With their PL squad, you would have to wonder how much game time Wolves could offer Chelsea.
It's unusual, but it does happen. There might be a case for a return to Cardiff as everyone is going to be tested at a higher level this season and given BBM's playing style, plus his work with young players.
I think Chelsea will be delighted with the opportunities afforded to Kellyman last season and how well he performed.
Look at the lad Barry from Villa to Stockport.
Given we've gone up it makes more sense to Chelsea than had we stayed down but if they get better offers, especially if they pay a fee I bet they'd be all ears.
As for Kellyman I’m pretty sure Glen Williams put a report out with the view that if Chelsea are looking to loan him out again next season we would be 1st choice

The Big Shift: The old Profitability and Sustainability (P&S) rules are dead. Starting next season (2026/27), the Championship is officially moving to the Squad Cost Rules (SCR) system, which was tested in the background this past year.
The Spending Cap: A club's total spending on player and manager costs (which includes both wages and transfer fees) is now strictly capped at 85% of their total income.
Limits on Owner Funding: Owners can still inject cash to top up the budget, but it is heavily regulated. They are allowed a maximum equity top-up of £33 million over a three-year period, and they cannot inject more than £15 million in any single season.
Real-Time Enforcement: The EFL will no longer review finances retrospectively. Spending will be monitored in real-time during the season, allowing the league to spot breaches immediately rather than months after the campaign finishes.
Fair Market Sponsorships: To prevent clubs from artificially inflating their "income" to increase their 85% allowance, there are strict safeguards against owners using their own associated companies to funnel money into the club via inflated commercial deals.
Top-Flight Alignment: The Premier League is introducing a similar SCR model at the exact same time. This means the financial jump between the divisions will be operating on the same underlying logic, smoothing the transition for promoted and relegated sides.
Essentially, it shifts the league from a system of "don't lose more than X amount over three years" to a much more dynamic "you can only spend what you earn, plus a strictly capped owner allowance, monitored live."
Second para is interesting but I'd still expect them to look at all offers and let's be honest Chelsea are more interested on the figures on the balance sheet than developing him as a player

WEED CLUB Depends what Chelsea's outlook is I guess. Do they just want him off the wage book or are they looking to raise his profile to try and sell him on for FFP? I like the lad and he'll go further but don't see him as a top 6 player.

The Visit Malaysia is only bringing in around £1.5m a year from their government, it’s come down drastically over the past few years, certain members of their cabinet feel it’s a waste of money

Have to see how it works in practice but more real time enforcement and more similarity between the divisions sound really positive. Tbf it sounds good all round but doubtless the big boys will be able to play harder and faster with or just ignore the rules
