That isn't actually correct. I and several other people, were arrested on the express instructions of the former Home Secretary back in 2016.

A charity, manufactured false allegations against a number of pro-Palestinian supporters and all were arrested and detained by different police forces.
In my case the house was searched, a PC, two laptops and a mobile phone were confiscated as part of the 'investigation.' On a different thread I've pointed out in the case of the 'charity' Common Purpose, that they are specifically barred from any form of political involvement by virtue of their charitable status. The same laws applied and still apply to the 'charity' that lobbied the Home Secretary for our arrest.

Very quickly the local Heddlu asked me why I was being arrested, as they had no ongoing investigations concerning myself.
I was treated extremely well, a solicitor from Birmingham was appointed on my behalf, from a company more used to dealing with serious crime and allegations of domestic terrorism.

I had been advised not to cooperate with the formal interviews and questioning, but ignored that and answered every question. It became apparent that the police nor the Home Office had formulated the questions, but rather the whole interview had been provided by the 'charity' that had lobbied for my arrest.

It's normal practice to provide the solicitor with a transcript of the interview, in my case this was refused. He concluded that as I was not subject to any investigation, they would not be able to defend the interview should the matter go before a court.

Six months later I received an informal apology from one of the arresting officers, who informed me that the police had not interrogated any of the siezed items, but that they had been sent to a third party organisation for examination.

Before getting my stuff back, members of the same charity were claiming that they had been given access to them.

Your 'discussions' very quickly descend into farce, whichever topic you deign to get involved with. However in a spirit of reconciliation this old 'twat' is prepared to accept your participation, on condition that you do not use it as an excuse, to post random photographs of your car.
