Before you slate it off, honestly, one of my favourite meals is a boiling hot jacket potato with freezing cold egg mayo.

I make my own, really finely grated extra mature cheese, stronger the better, tin of pineapple finely chopped and some of the juice, loads of mayo and mix. I love it with every type of cracker, crispbread, breadstick you can buy

Having found a squeezy Heinz curry mango sauce recently, I am making coronation chicken baguettes for lunch at least once a week.
