Forum changes

Having had a think about the content and appearance of the forum I've made a few changes:

Separate Football and Off-Topic Forums - Although forum Quizzes and Comps will remain on the Football forum (the home page)

Pay Gate on the Off Topic Forum - The Off Topic is now for upgraded members only but all members that have been registered on the forum before today have been grandfathered in, from today unregistered guests and new signups will have to upgrade to a paid tier to view the Off Topic

Prefixes Gone - As we have split the forums we no longer need the prefixes, as stated the forum Quizzes and Comps will stay on the Football forum

No Stickies/Pinned Threads - Instead of being stickied, all threads will duke it out for relevance on the forums but feel free to bump threads as you see fit

Ignore Thread Button Removed - Due to a few users accidentally hitting the Ignore Thread button I have removed it from the thread list but there is still an Ignore Thread button inside each thread at the top, above the first post in the thread

Google Login - Not relevant to those of you already registered but a nice new feature I'll be implementing will be the "Login With Google Account" popup at the top of the page for guests/lurkers to make it nice and easy for them to register

The latter should help signups, hopefully.

Someone mentioned VFTN a while ago, got round to listening to it - not bad. Considered reaching out for mutual benefit, it they link to board, you link to podcast? Might get some more people that way.
