Something and nothing. The camera actually missed it altogether in real time, so only seen it from behind.
Cheers. Just wondering if the original ref would have been likely to send him off

I am answering you when you suggest Colwill should go out on loan.
He is better than that and more use to the side than Ramsey at this point in time.
Who would you keep out of the pair.
Ramsey is injured mun.

He is always injured.
He should offer to cancel his contract.
If he did become fit would you really want to take a chance on him.
You mention Colwill as if he is useless .
He needs to raise his game but is clearly a very talented lad and talk of sending out on loan is daft.:shrug2:
he's winding you up bri loves colwill :hehe:

I've never said he's useless,I think he's got ability, but football takes a lot more than just ability. l think a loan spell somewhere (which obviously won't hapoen) would benefit the boy in the long run, maybe moving away from his familiar surroundings would help him mature into the footballer we all want him to be.Lets be honest as of k ow he's no more than a squad player and not the star man that some think he is

Can't see what a loan could possibly do for him unless it was to a club higher standard than us.

That's a much more honest appraisal. In
general terms I think people agree but there's a lot of dispute on how talented he is. I personally think he's more than talented enough for us but has to earn his spot as much as anyone else. Seems strange to me he's back on the fringes after being prominent under Risa and don't know if a form, attitude or fitness thing. He's also notably better with other youth players and I don't know if that's a condemnation of our senior players or not

Prob thinks he is better than us and has been told so by some.

I don't think he's a player you can invite to a dog fight and our recent games have been just that. Get us on a better footing and then his time will come.

I really hope Colwill realises whatever potential he may have but the reality is, he is not a kid anymore. Plenty of players have had sustained impact at far younger than he is and we have seen a series of managers, Bellamy at Wales included, who have not seen fit to pick him on a regular basis; there must be a reason for that, especially those who see him in training almost every day.

Admittedly, plenty of players have also matured much later in their careers but, if he is as talented as some would purport, I’d expect him to be starting almost every game and dictating play far more than he does.

That looks the case. I've had my city tinted glasses on regarding Colwill but ultimately, he's very looked in only a fraction of the games he's played. There's been a lot more lazy arse performances than good ones and that's not a luxury we can afford.

so no leading from the front for the golden child then ,no good playing him on a cold wet night in Preston. Lets hope the likes of Ralls and Robertson can get us on a better footing, but if that's the case he's no more useful to us this season than Aaron Ramsey
