As you can see a few years ago, I wasn't against the idea of relegation to league 1 and start again.
But a few years on and the amount of continual bad decisions the club has made since, I think it would be a disaster.
Tan won't sell up if we do, purely cos of saving face and our current form of poor recruitment, I don't think we would recruit the right players to get us back up instantly or appoint the right manager.
We will end up like Reading or a Charlton, just treading water in mid to bottom half of the table, sacking managers every season, until one comes off by pure luck due to no structure and philosophy.
Do you honestly think our recruitment policy would bring in the right kind of players to take us back up?
Not under this regime, this will take years or for however long until Tan sells up.
League 1 is a difficult league, full of clubs that are run much better than ours, in fact so much it's scary.
Tan won't know what fucking hit him, when it happens. I say when because it's inevitable and it's finally going to catch up with us.
If it was guaranteed that a relegation would mean the end of Tan, bring it the fuck on I'd say, but I don't think Tan would leave on a note like that.

Look at Stoke. Years ago they were a solid mid table Premier league side under Pulis, fans just got bored with their boring football, turned against him and their owner, fans got what they asked for, stoke now solid mid table championship team.
Certainly not getting relegated couldn'tguarantee any of those things ,in fact it would be a massive negative .Attendances are dropping dramatically already to go down would only accelerate that trend .Many are voting with there feet already poor performances on the pitch questionable managerial decisions are just some of the reasons behind this relegation would only continue that trend.The next few weeks are massive to our club with games coming fast a protests planned ,unless we adress this slide we may have to endure life in League 1 .Let's prey not
