Mrs TDA's uncle used to own the Wonderloaf bakery - Maindy Road, I think it was. They sold up and opened an independent chain on the Fylde coast up in Lancashire. We spent a lot of time up there in the 80s and 90s when the kids were young and uncle would invariably arrive home of an evening with some new product. to try on the family. Sourdough and soda bread were f*kng revolting.

I didn't know there were varieties of it if I'm honest Dicky. Occasionally buy it from my local bakers but that's it
