Yeah, spelt, rye or white sourdough €3.50 my local bakers. They add other things like fruit etc but not into that. Cheddar and Stout sounds nice but I’d prefer a good pint of plain with some sourdough and good cheddar on the side

You could always make some, here's one I made earlier (about 8 years earlier). Long proving times though and timings didn't really work well when I was in the office every day but I think I'll get me a starter on the go and give it another go now that I can pop downstairs to tend to it easier these days.
