Question for the grafters (and anyone else) on here

Some of us have put the years in and now every day should be like Christmas, but I remember really looking forward to the days off until the New Year before retirement. Being self employed it was a welcome break but also an ideal time to plan for the next year.

How does everyone else approach it?

l finished this morning...back Saturday and Sunday :warnock:

Same - it’s a very welcome break to reflect and look ahead, but also the best kind of recharge time with the rest of the family being off and being able to spend time with extended family also

Back in on the 5th me.

I used to look forward to it but my missus got a shit rota and only has 3 days off.

I was home at 12pm today, when she finished work at 6pm, her first words were "enjoy your lie down on the sofa today cos youve got loads to do now on your time off"
