Well the reason I won today is by knowing your opening word, seeing you got the first letter correct and no yellows on the remainder.

As I said last time, is it cheating? I guess that’s open to debate, some will say yes, some will say it’s just bending the rules. However for the purpose of this game that comes down to the person running the competition, which happens to be me.

My take is this: While it’s not technically cheating it goes against the spirit of the game and it’s unfair on the vast majority who play honestly. The reality is that if Nuggles hadn’t looked in here first then he wouldn’t have got it in 2. For that reason he’ll be disqualified from today’s game. However there’ll be no points deduction as unlike Melv he’s admitted to what he’s done.

I await the usual hysterical squeaking from Captain Bells but ultimately if you’re not happy then stop pissing about and play properly.

It’s a bit like playing golf. I was playing in a club final when walking towards my ball in the rough I accidentally kicked it.
My opponent and the ref were 50 yards away, even I couldn’t be sure if the ball moved or not.
I called the ref over, called a penalty on myself, lost the hole and went on to lose the cup by one hole.
It’s called integrity.
