Given my interest in the subject and Cardiff's poor track record in this area, I thought I would start this thread. I'll start with the new Chelsea FC campaign "We Burn Blue"

Good launch film. Linking the club to the country. I like the dragon scales on the shirt

It's advertising fool, intelligent folk get them for free not sucking up to Twitcher and Twatter.
I've boxes of shirts that I can't give away as everyone I ask has the same problem.
Mostly Swansea shirts so fair enough but I live near their hovel, can't give the fuckin things away

To be serious, these would have been "marketed" at 50 to 60 quid per shirt. Likely sold a few hundred but SA9 is flooded with boxes and boxes of them, Americans and marketing Eh?

Brilliant from Villa. Much better than the static, cliched stuff the City does. The one exception to this was the film to mark the arrival of Ramsey last year.

Really innovative and clever stuff from Burnley

Far too much bullshit in football these days as perfectly demonstrated by the blurb for our away kit. Anyone with a mental age higher than Dai Hunt should avoid

apparently he was banned from the being at the last game for abusive behaviour (other sources)

I like this from Bristol City, even if Luke McNally could do with some acting lessons.

Not surprising. He can be a right twat
Usually hangs around in car park near reception waiting for the players to arrive, throwing kids over his shoulder to get at the players. I remember him in late 70s at away games. We would give him a wide berth as him and his mouth could get you in the shit if you were close by.. Don't see him much at away games these days. He sits near us in the Canton stand.

Never seen him away - I can well imagine how he could get normal City fans in a lot of trouble. I've seen him in the Canton a few times - thankfully some distance from me.

One of my early City memories is a bloke twatting him after he was acting the prick

This is how to launch a shirt and respect the soul of a club.
