The two he mentions, sergen Yalçin, and faith terem, are really old heads in the turkish game, especially term on the management side!! As a Beşiktaş fan, I can say, as a player, sergen was a class act, & he did win the lig as manager, but he had spent big, and made some dodgy decisions on players etc, eventually getting him fired.
The managerial merry-go-round in Turkey, is really bad, compared to UK for instance, over there most owners demand instant results, and ain't afraid to wield the axe, of results aren't as good as they " expect" it certainly doesn't take much for the owners there to get pissed!
Gaziantep withdrew from fixtures due to earthquake and its aftermath.as did a few others in that area.fatih term has international management experience too,As he is a bit older than Bulut.and has managed only top teams( he is rather expensive!) Gaziantep are a poor team tbf, not a lot of money. And the Istanbul teams are the other end of the scale financially.
Istanbul başekşehir only do well of late, as they are funded by Erdoğan! But still play in front of only 10k! Fenerbahçe expect to win the division EVERY season, and to finish behind their main rivals, even tho they were level on points with Beşiktaş in 2nd, that's more than enough for their owner to kick the manager into touch.
Believe me, you have to have skin like a rhino. To even think of managing there!!
