It’s so bad that we’ve have children’s services involved because he starts school next week and when he was in nursery, he was violent towards the other kids and teachers. Every time he misbehaves his mother gives him chocolate or sweets to make him stop but it just rewards his bad behaviour. He kicked my 4 year old nephew in the face because he picked up his toy car. He always hits his own mother and aunt until he gets his own way.
He tried to raise his arm to me one time when I told him to stop screaming at Ralph and he ended up face on the floor in an arm lock.

Reading this, I am starting to think maybe Putin does have a point after all.

There have been some success stories but there seems to be many more horror stories. I know of a family that took in two women and two children.
