Season ticket help

Need some help please guys.. trying to renew my season ticket online and it’s a nightmare
I have the full amount needed to purchase this years ticket in my bluebirds credit account but when I go to checkout it is asking me for the full £282 payment
How the hell do I transfer the credit amount to offset the cost of this years price???

Not sure if this is relevant but you cannot pay the £3 admin fee with your credit, if you've been trying to do that.

There should be an option to pay using city cash (or whatever they’re calling it this week) that should then come up with a slider thing, which defaults to about halfway, just slide it along to pay 100% by city cash
