I used to be able to read and write in both English and Welsh but my written Welsh is appalling now...

So I have started trying to read a version of the Mabinogion online...hard going tbf...

On the plus side I haven't gone to work today which will piss my boss off no end but I have tightened the plastic retaining nut up on the integrated flush in the bog where I live...It had come loose you see and the mechanism wasn't as effective as it could be..

There was even a slight weep that I diagnosed and corrected so Welsh Water and my Landlord will be delighted.

A great day.
Problem with any translation is that if the copyright has expired you're probably looking at a very dated version which jars a bit

Working through a series of police procedurals on Kindle Unlimited by JM Dalgliesh and which are set on the Isle of Skye.

Deke Leonard, Maybe I Should've Stayed In Bed, very amusing. I read Rhinos, Winos, and Lunatics a while ago, this is the same, filled with humour, about a musician, easy to read and with Welsh roots, what's not to like?
