Unless there's anyone else that had a bigger bet during the Euros and are keeping it quiet, it appears that Dr Lecter should've had the banner. But he didn't claim it

Ignoring Lecter's pitiful cries for a moment, is there any way the system can pick up and logs the biggest bets so avoiding having to hunt for them in future?
