Nah, I’ve been around and posting here. I just don’t go on ccmb anymore.
I’ve got no real problem with anyone over there, I just stopped enjoying it.
At my age, if I don’t enjoy doing something I just don’t do it anymore. No drama.

I'm not sure I would have kept my cool for half as long as he did if I'd taken some of the jibes he did. I still can't work out the problem many posters had with him. It's a pity the atmosphere on there has changed so drastically, it used to be a cracking board, one of the best and busiest around.

I guess the colonel’s humour is an acquired taste, you either get it or you don’t. A lot of them didn’t.
Sure, at times the balance between football threads and humour was probably a bit too much humour but like you say Steve, the atmosphere on there changed dramatically a couple of months ago.
