Storage, warm or cool area?As if the status of my Evri parcel wasn't exciting enough for everyone, tonight it's been time to bottle the cider.
It's not ready to drink for another couple of months yet but it smells OK and I have 14 litres (25 pints) of the stuff.
I have put it away and am praying that the bottles don't explode as this is definitely uncharted territory in the booze making adventure.
