Back to the cider, today I'm syphoning it into clean demijohns where it'll sit for another month or so, clearing it out, before being ready to bottle. Hopefully.

I thought you had some chips in a container there. On closer inspection it was a rubber glove.

I've got 4 pineapples and 4 mangos so I can do another 3 lots of this, I might put progressively more chillis in each one as I've still got about 99.5% of my chillis left

I also need to work out what to put it all in. This is the only nice looking bottle I've got, I have a few other smaller ones but they're best for smoother sauces. Will cross that bridge when I come to it...

I am going to need to do something with them over the course of the next week or two I expect.

Normally I make a few varieties of sauce and give most of it away
