You wonder what Tan investigators may have dug up.
He is not a man to cross.
Ask Malky
This undoubtedly feeds into our civil case vs Nantes but there are issues as a consequence.Hopefully, as the demand for money was "expected", and we're well aware of the consequences of not paying on time, we'll just pay it and put that side of things to bed. The strict interpretation of the contractual relationship between the two clubs for this transaction is a separate issue from the culpability of the string of people/organisations who caused Sala to be on that plane.
We can then concentrate on the case against Nantes, in the knowledge that the French authorities are already seemingly not fans of the Nantes hierarchy, so will hopefully give us a fair hearing.
Nah, we'd have no case against FIFA.
Previous cases though were required to establish a number of factors feeding into other cases though. When's that ever stopped us

Without determinations on transfer etc, we'd not be able to go after Nantes as a consequence.
It's been a case of playing the game.
It would be amusing. But I want us to take FIFA to court
It would be amusing.
I've been saying this for a long time, FIFA, UEFA, CAS didnt wan't to touch this with a bargepole and it's basically been our persistence that has forced investigation into Nantes.
If the agents involved were dodgy af, if a banned agent was acting in any way shape or form even if via a proxy then there's absolutely zero chance it was the only deal. Sch deals are basically illegal, player registrations thus obtained breaching rules and regulations. How many of those transfers occurred, not just with Nantes but other French clubs other European clubs etc?
It's a massive can of worms. Teams promoted with players who should not have been registered. Other teams relegated as a consequene. Winning trophies, cups.
This deal could just be the thin end of the wedge and it could really damage football as a consequence.
You're just being mischievous.Ah so you agree with me now
FailsOnline yet to report this information.
You're just being mischievous.
The can of worms would be you're then talking potentially thousands of matches with played signed illegal, thus should not have been registered. Unwinding all that would be chaos.
FIFA et al have paid lipservice to tackling the issue over the years, it's sad that the tragedy of Sala dying is what has been required for a light to really be shone on it.
I'm bored though, it's either that or code...Well I have told you before not to waste time debating my throw away lines, yet you persist.
Least I can do is indulge you for a while

Some hobbyist stuff at the moment to learn React and brush up JavaScript skills. Not that they are skills...Code for what?

Can't see it going that far.It would be amusing.
