The Stasi Poetry Circle by Philip Otterman. It's about the Stasi's attempt to counter what they saw as the dangerous influence of East German writers by setting up a state-approved poetry group. Crazy time. I remember being told when we were in Berlin that there was 1 member of the Stasi for every 6 people.
