I can't remember a manager being poached from us but I reckon there will be others clubs or even Ireland looking at BBM
I think most clubs would love to see their teams follow what we've done this season. Good young local players being allowed and encouraged to express themselves in what must be quite an exciting system to play in.
Though I'm sure loads of clubs have good youngsters, I'm not sure that many would gamble on going the route we have, especially if/when things don't go quite as smoothly as they have here for a season. Sometimes I think a manager falls into a position that suits him and the club and I think that's exactly what we're witnessing here and I think BBM probably knows that as well. Leaving what he's building here atm would be a gamble however I think that if we play as we have and get just a half decent Championship season under his belt, then I think he'd be a lot more in demand.

That was a good interview. I must admit to not having listened too much to BBM interviews this season. But he seems sincerely dedicated, I do hope he sees out his contract with us. I do think he is going to need a injection of additional quality to augment our youngsters though. Fingers x we may start to get some statements from the club outlining some clear strategy and transfer intentions now promotion has been achieved.
Still got a pretty big hangover from yesterday. We stopped off at Didcot Town FC for a few hours yesterday, Buses bouncing on the way home.

Getting promoted on a modest spend will have got him a lot of credit with Tan. It seems like has brought the other departments round to his point of view. It would surely take a very tempting offer for him to move. Real chance to build something here rather than go somewhere like Stoke and get sacked after a year because you're not top and the fans are winging about passes to the keeper
A Doncaster win on Tuesday would certainly add a little bit more spice for the run in, even if just for a few days
