I agree but I bet someone will try it on for 5 or 6 mil.i.hope we show ambition and keep him or get top dollar.
In fairness Riza earmarked him so he has good judgement.
Plus his other two signings look very good.
I don't think Riza has had the recognition for it .
I think Riza deserves a lot of credit for the things he has done well and he has an eye for a good player.

Where he falls down is his repeated failure to prepare the best team for a particular opponent and also for chopping and changing during a game without any apparent coherent plan. I don't think the coaching team he has is the best.

I don't know I think sometimes it's good to be flexible.
There is a lot in what you say but he is virtually a new manager and will be make mistakes.
I think we should stick with him his good points out weigh his bad.
We need stability.
There are lots of big name coaches falling on their arse all doing the managerial roundabout so stick with him he will only get better.

I'm sure like many love what Salech is showing so far ,not only his goal scoring but his willingness to attack the box his physicality and for me unlike Kiefer Moore he doesn't try to con the ref ending on his arse when challenged. He's going to attract attention from others that's obvious if he continues in this form ,we've just got to hope his goal scoring and Robinson's take us to safety .We've just got to take advantage of Salech's presence by getting the ball in the box when given the opportunity unlike last night .:bluebird:

I really don't understand why we don't be get the ball into the box.
On times we even pass it back to the keeper from a move well inside the oppositions half.
I know my views are old fashioned but we are trying to play like top half premier but without the ability that they have.

We are more proactive getting the ball forward quicker certainly since Riza has been in charge .But we certainly would benefit if we got crosses in earlier instead of recycling the ball when in good positions .

If he keeps us up and is allowed to continue, he may well be able to shake up his coaching team

Burnley boss Scott Parker says Cardiff City "are in a false position" in the Championship.

The Bluebirds became the first side to score a league goal against Burnley in 13 matches as they were beaten 2-1 by the Clarets at the Cardiff City Stadium on Tuesday.

The result keeps Burnley in the hunt for automatic promotion - and means Cardiff slip to just one place outside of the relegation zone.

However, former England international Parker says the Welsh side have good qualities.

"This is a tough place to come and I think the table is probably a misrepresentation of where Cardiff are to be quite honest with you, because they're a good side. I think we see that in elements [of the game]," he said.

"We've prided ourselves on being rock solid, but our overall focus is winning games.

"Winning is what it is all about now. Cardiff are fighting down there and we expected a tough game and they provided that.

"The momentum swung in the back-end of the game. We needed to hit the reserve button to get out of it and we did that."

Ah that's what all that time wasting was, "reserve"
